GrowthWheel® WorkGroup: REVENUE MODEL

PREREQUISITE: Must have completed "GrowthWheel Introduction" with SBDC GrowthWheel Certified Business Advisor™, and submitted GrowthWheel® 360° Screening prior to registration.
This small group training will focus on REVENUE MODEL. Each participant will work on an individual action plan or growth plan related to:
• Work that relates to selecting revenue sources
• Deciding price points and plans
• Setting various price plans and discounts as well as policies for future price increases
