PREREQUISITE: Must have completed "GrowthWheel Introduction" with SBDC GrowthWheel Certified Business Advisor™, and submitted GrowthWheel® 360° Screening prior to registration.
This small group training will focus on BUSINESS IDEA. Each participant will work on an individual action plan or growth plan related to:
• Work that relates to the mission of your company
• The vision of what it could become
• The story of how it came to be
• Your ambitions for where the company is going.
