GrowthWheel® WorkGroup: OWNERSHIP AND BOARD

PREREQUISITE: Must have completed "GrowthWheel Introduction" and submitted GrowthWheel® 360° Screening prior to registration.
This small group training will focus on OWNERSHIP AND BOARD. Each participant will work on an individual action plan or growth plan related to:
- Work that relates to strengthening the organization on the top-level
- Includingownership distribution
- Selectingboard members
- Setting theboard agenda
- Making asocial contractbetween owners or managers.
Each participant will receive a kit that is customizable to their individual business's needs. Pre-registration required.
