Kingsport Welcomes New Doctor of Chiropractic to Tri-Cities Area

GRAY, Tenn. – Connie Fulmer, DC, opened her practice, Living Proof Chiropractic, PLLC, in Gray, Tennessee on July 27, 2012. Dr. Fulmer is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa, and is a member of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association and Kingsport Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Fulmer, who specializes in the Diversified, Activator, Thompson, Gonstead, and Toggle techniques, is located at 2102 Forest Drive, Suite 4, Gray. Dr. Fulmer says that she looks forward to working with and helping the people of the Tri-Cities area.
Dr. Fulmer went on to say that while chiropractic care is the foundation of her practice, she will also be providing other services such as wellness care, sports care, and rehabilitation.
